IDEA house workshop

Dear All,
One of the things I would like to discuss during the upcoming workshop in Lithuania at the IDEA Annual Exchange is the current youth centres or community centres in your localities. 
I am particularly interested in finding out the following issues:
1. What programs they offer?
2. What is the demographics of youth coming to the centres?
3. What impact do young people have on the organization and programs of the centres?
IDEA House- though designed as a youth centre would put emphasis on civic education and be designed as a model of young people deciding about youth programs and issues as well as actively participating in programmatic development of IDEA Houses.
I am looking forward to meeting those who are coming to the Exchange in person but would also like to receive feedback and comments for these members of the debating community who will not be able to attend.
I will be setting up a discussion board dedicated to IDEA House and will also send you a report from the workshop in Kaunas.
