New Listservs

Just a few general points.

1. please add tags back to subject lines, it makes sorting mails for us that
don't really read most, or, better said, read only few of the mails from the
listservs anyway so much easier. If same old tags are returned, I don't even
have to adjust the filters. 

2. is there really a need for 3 separate lists? Debate and university lists
share probably more than 90% of content, for most people it's just
duplicating same mails, since migration is done to new server anyway, could
all pople simply be moved to one list, so university list can be dropped
altogether?
