Youth Forum registration cap reached - but a few extra spots offered!!!

Hi Veronika,

My name is Jesse Towsen. I was working at OSI in NY as an intern this
spring, and I will continue to do so in Turkey, but I was waiting to hear
from Noel about whether I should participate or help out at the Youth Forum.
He said I should sign up as a participant for the BP track. How should I go
about doing this?
