point that Veronika made in the newsletter. Please bring at least one
set of business casual clothing. We are hoping to get some film and
photos that might be put together into a promotional video that could
be used for fund raising for the forum. We need to make sure that the
forum looks like a professional event and part of that is making sure
that each of us looks professional.<br>

attched pelase find the latest issue of the IDEA Youth Forum
Newsletter. It features the hot news on numbers attending the Youth
Forum and the separate tracks. It also hints at important tasks to be
completed by delegates of your country prior to the YF. Lastly it
describes a little bit more about the events taking place in the first
part of the Youth Forum - the KPDC. Your delegates should have
receieved a more detailed information about the subsequent tracks
(Mixed Team, British Parli, Capacity BUilding and the Newcomers track)
lthey are attending about 2 weeks ago. <br>

Please assist me in making sure this information gets to them and they
know what to expect in the first 4 days of the YF. A similar and more
detailed Newsletter is in their inboxes as well, but please make sure
they received it. <br>
