ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Gary Rybold is director of forensics at Irvine Valley College in Irvine,
California. He has also been teaching debate for years at Xian
International Studies University, one of the older language schools in
China. Professor Rybolds expertise lies in policy and parliamentary
debate, limited preparation, and platform speeches.
