Hi Everyone and Greetings from Duino, site of IDEA's International Debate and Speech Institute which is in full swing.

I am writing to announce the start of the first text-based eDebate on our web site.  The debate is between Jeanne Chen of the University of Pennsylvania and Lizzie Gross of Harvard University on the topic: "Economic sanctions against developing nations are an unjust political tool."
