[university-l] IDEA Festival of Ideas "EuroYouth"

IDEA is organizing a festival of ideas entitled "EuroYouth: European Youth
Discuss the Future of Europe". The festival will take place in Amsterdam, on
March 16-17, 2007.

The EuroYouth conference is part of the European Youth Speak project in
which IDEA is partnering with debate organizations from Czech Republic,
Estonia, Latvia and Slovakia, and the HREA in the Netherlands.

The goal of EuroYouth festival is to exchange ideas on how European Youth
can be involved in the process of shaping the future of Europe and how
European ideas and policies relating to youth can be communicated with
European Youth.

We encourage youth, youth organizations, and educators from EU and EU
accession countries who want to present their ideas or practices of youth
involvement in constructing the future of Europe.

Those interested to participate, please send your ideas (summaries of
presentations, proposals for workshops or discussion groups) to Jurate
Motiejunaite at jmotiejunaite at idebate.org by January 15, 2007.

There is no participation fee for IDEA members, but participants have to
make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
