[university-l] Debate tracker discussion

Hi,

 In two months representatives of IDEA members will meet in Prague. There
will be time for discussions. Debate Tracker  is an initiative that is
important for us and effects us all. I suggest we spend some time in Prague
discussing present and future of the DT. At the same time I believe we
should pre-discuss what our major concerns about the DT and its use are.
Please feel free to join the discussion here and share your views and
suggestions.
