[university-l] Debate in Kazakhstan and Russia?

I have two new debaters who are looking for contact
information for people in their home countries who are
involved in debate.  they are particularly interested
in finding phone numbers (in addition to email
addresses) of people in 

1) Kazakhstan
2) Russia

If you can help them it would be much appreciated. 
The link on the idebate page for Kazakhstan didnt work
and Dinara and Tatiana indicated that email is not
often as successful in their countries as phone
conversations.
